The Republic of Texas Biker Rally, held annually at the Travis County Exposition Center and on the streets of downtown Austin, Texas, draws an average of 45,000 participants. The four-day event is the largest motorcycle rally in Texas and the fifth largest in the United States. By day, the rally is hardly tame, as the event organizers permit an adult audience only. By night, the party kicks into full swing, with attendees participating in an unofficial after-hours event known to bikers as "The Parade." The images that follow were taken on the night of Saturday, June 11, 2011, between the hours of 9 p.m. and 2 a.m. Identities have been protected at the request of those present.
